The Advanced Patient List report allows acquiring additional patient information than the information provided on the Patient List report. Practice users can decide which all fields to be exported when generating the report by selecting the appropriate check boxes. The following patient information can be exported in excel file.

 

To generate the Advanced Patient List Report:

 

1.From the left menu items, select Reports > Patient Reports > Advanced Patient List.
2.Select the Query (template) from the drop down menu.
3.Select appropriate check boxes in the ‘Include Following Fields in Report’ section to export that information on the report.
4.Select options from the Filters section to filter out the report based on those options.
5.Click the Export Data button to export the report into excel file.

 

Include Following Fields in Report and Filters sections options are configurable. To configure the options, go to Administration > General > Advanced
