This feature helps the practices to keep track of the daily attendance of every user and also provides a reporting tool that will help track users’ timeliness. If the time card setting is configured, the clock-in screen pops up at the time of logging in.
1. | Enter the details in “Comments” field and click “Yes” to clock in. |
2. | If you do not wish to clock-in for the whole day, click “No” so that the clock-in pop-up will not be displayed for that particular day during next log-ins. |
3. | If you do not wish to clock-in at this point, and you want to clock-in during the next log-in session, click “Remind me later.” |
If the time card setting is configured, a screen pops up at the time of logging out for confirming clocking out.
1. | Click “Yes (logout only)” to log out. When you select this option, you are only logged out from the system; however, your time is being counted, as you have not yet clocked-out. |
2. | Click “Yes (logout and clock-out)” to clock-out and log out. When you select this option, you are logged out from the system and also clocked out; that means the system has stopped counting your time, as you have clocked-out too. |
When you are logged in to system, the Clock-in and Clock-out can be done at any point by clicking the “Clock-in” and “Clock-out” buttons, respectively, from the top of the screen. When you are clocked-in, the “Clock-out” button appears, and when you are clocked-out, the “Clock-in” button appears. You can also opt only to clock-out when the Clock-out button is clicked.
The Time Card Settings feature can be configured from the Time Card Settings under Administration.
