The Co Payment report allows users to generate the detailed report about the co payment collected within specific time period.
In the Co Payment Report, the user can select from the following report filters:
1. | Enter or select the date range for Visit Date using the Calendar icon. By default, current date is preselected. |
2. | Select the Facility to include by using the drop-down menu. |
3. | Select the Provider to include by using the drop-down menu. |
4. | Start typing the patient name and select using smart search options. |
5. | Select the Primary Insurance using the drop-down menu. |
6. | Select the Visit Types to using drop down menu. |
7. | Select Visit Status using the drop-down menu. |
8. | Select Status using the drop-down menu. |
9. | Select the Payment Mode from Check, Cash, Credit Card, ACH, and Other. |
10. | Select the User Name(s) to include by using the drop-down menu. |
| Note: The “User” refers to the user who created that charge. |
11. | Select Patient Category to include by using the drop-down menu. |
12. | Click the Generate Report button. The report will be displayed in the screen below. |
