The Patient List Based on Diagnosis report is generated with the list of illnesses diagnosed for all patients. This report is useful if you want to view the illnesses diagnosed for a particular patient.
| 1. | From the left menu items, click Reports > Utilization Reports > Patient List Based on Diagnosis. The Patient List Based on Diagnosis Report screen is displayed. |
| 2. | On the Patient List Based on Diagnosis Report screen, the following are the report filters available, based on which the report is generated: |
| • | Start typing the Patient name, and select the patient from the list displayed. You can also select the patient using the  icon. |
| • | Select the Sex as Female, Male, Unknown, or Both from the drop-down list. |
| • | Start typing the Diagnosis Code From and To and select the diagnosis code from the list displayed. You can also select the illness using the icon. |
| • | Select the check boxes corresponding to the Report Parameters to be displayed as columns in the report. |
| • | Enter or select the Visit Date From and To using the Calendar icon. |
| 3. | Click Generate Report. The Patient List Based on Diagnosis Report is generated based on the report filters selected. |
Note: You can also click Generate Report without entering any details in the above fields. The report is generated with list of all patients with illnesses diagnosed.
