The list of orders (lab, radiology, and special studies) that are placed and pending with results are referred to as pending services. The Pending Service report is generated to view the list of such orders. For instance, this report is useful if you wish to view the list of lab orders that are pending with results for a particular patient.
1. On the Pending Service Report screen, the following are the report filters available, based on which the report is generated:
| • | Select the Facility from the drop-down list. |
| • | Start typing the Patient name, and select the patient from the list displayed. You can also select the patient using the icon. |
| • | Select the Ordering Provider from the drop-down list. |
| • | Select the Recommend Type as lab, radiology, or special studies from the drop-down list. |
| • | Enter or select the Visit Date From and To using the calendar icon. |
| • | Enter or select the Due Date From and To using the calendar icon. |
| 2. | Click Generate Report. The Pending Services report is generated based on the report filters selected. |
| 3. | Click Cancel to cancel the entries or selections done for generating the report. |
Note: You can also click Generate Report without entering any details in the above fields. The report is generated with the list of orders that are pending with results, for all patients.
