The To Do Configuration module allows you to make necessary configuration for the To Do feature. To access this module, expand the left pane and click Administration > General > To Do Configuration.
To configure To Do features, from the left menu items, click Administration > General > To Do Configuration.
Status Tab: You can configure new To Do status as per your requirement after mapping it with any of the pre-defined status. You can also inactivate any of the existing statuses.
Category Tab: You can categorize the To Dos as per your requirement. When categorizing To Dos, you can define color for each category which appears on the To Do screen for identification.
Template Tab: Sometimes, you may want to send a particular type of message to your practice users. In that case, you do not need to type that message every time, instead, configure a template. When composing a new To Do, select the template, make necessary changes (if required), and send the To Do.
Subject Tab: You can configure the To Do subjects from this tab.
Other Tab: You can configure To Do related features from this tab. You can hover your mouse over the info icon to find the help on that particular feature.
