Vaccine Balance Report helps the user to view the summarized and detailed information about the vaccine inventory. The Vaccine Balance Summary option can be used to generate complete summary of vaccine inventory details. The Vaccine Balance Detail option can be used to generate inventory details for a particular lot number or a vaccine.
To generate vaccine balance report:
| 1. | From the left menu items, select Reports > Utilization reports > Vaccine Balance Report. |
| 2. | Do one of the following: |
| • | To generate complete summary of vaccine inventory details, select Vaccine Balance Summary. |
| • | To generate inventory details for a particular lot number or a vaccine, select Vaccine Balance Detail. |
| 3. | By default, the Vaccine Balance Summary option is selected. |
| 4. | Enter or select the From Date and To Date based on which the report needs to be generated. |
| 5. | Select the vaccine category from the drop down list. |
| 6. | Select the Vaccine name ) from the drop down list. |
| 7. | Enter Lot# (For Detailed Report.) |
| 8. | Click Generate Report. The report is generated with the list of inventory details, based on the report filters selected. |
Note: You can also click Generate Report by just selecting the date range. The report is generated with the list of inventory details for that date range.
