The Vitals reports are generated with the list of patients for whom the vital information is measured or not measured. This report is useful if you want to view the list of patients with abnormal vital values.

Include Following Fields in Report: The options shown in this section are the column names that will appear in the excel file. To avoid choosing these options every time, you can select them at once with the help of Create New Query button. Later you can select the query from the drop-down list. This saves a lot of your time!

Filter Data: Use this section to filter the details to be exported in the excel file. For example, you may want to see the data of patients having Visit Date between 03/01/2019 to 04/01/2019.
